Sometimes described as a liminal space, a threshold where change is unfolding, even if the destination isn't yet clear.
I'm Dr Dimple Devadas, a psychology-informed coach, medical doctor and accredited lifestyle medicine physician with over 25 years' clinical experience in healthcare. My clinical experience has given me a deep appreciation of the interconnected relationship between psychology, physiology and environment. Today, I bring these perspectives together to support professionals navigating periods of change through a whole-person, evidence-informed approach. Alongside my work, I've been featured on Channel 4, in the Daily Mail and international media, spoken at TEDx, the Houses of Parliament, the Barbican and the National Theatre, contributed to exhibitions with the WHO and the UN, and am a published author and award-winning educator.
Outside of my professional work, I'm passionate about giving back through volunteering. Whether supporting local communities or contributing to national events, these experiences have strengthened my belief in the importance of connection, service and creating spaces where people feel seen, heard and valued. Highlights have included volunteering at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Great Exhibition Road Festival, the Platinum Jubilee of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at Kensington Palace, the Women Worldwide Festival at Pop Brixton, Street Doctor London, and serving as a Human Library volunteer at Get Together for Grenfell.
I offer a thoughtful, evidence-informed space to pause, reflect and explore what's possible next.
